Velocity: RIT's Urban Dance Crew is a student-run urban dance team at RIT. We aim to foster a positive and supportive environment so our members can freely express themselves. Our goal has always been to leave everything on the dance floor and nothing less, whether in practice, on stage, or in hosting our annual event: RIT’s Best Dance Crew (RBDC).

Between 2022 and 2023 I got the opportunity to be the creative director for Velocity's annual dance video. As soon as we set a date, the first thing that came to mind was 90s/2000s hip-hop vibes. I wanted the contrast between the two groups to be visually apparent which is why I had one group wear bright colors and another group wear cool colors. However both groups had to wear oversized baggy clothes.
